What you will do

• Develop ideas for new game prototypes to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Create new content, gameplay, and progression systems for existing games throughout the player life-cycle.
• Iterate existing features and Live Ops based on data and research to improve KPIs.
• Execute design ideas into production and collaborate with other teams to ensure high-quality content and features.
• Work with level designers to define the player life-cycle and experience.
• Participate in internal and external playtests, communicate with testers, and iterate based on feedback.
• Maintain documentation related to features, live-ops, changelogs, and iteration results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of game development experience in designing mobile games.
• Up-to-date with current mobile game industry trends.
• Active player of casual mobile games.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in English.
• Excellent knowledge in F2P mobile game design, economy, live-ops, and KPIs.
• A data-oriented approach to analyze and iterate levels based on real data.
