Location: Remote from anywhere except the Russian Federation, with offices available in Kyiv, Lviv, and Dnipro.

hirify.global is a game development company looking for an experienced Concept Artist to join their art team for game projects.

What you will do

• Support the 3D department with object, location, and character design.
• Create concepts for environments, architecture, props, and characters.
• Produce paintovers and design refinements over 3D models.
• Provide visual guidance and support throughout the production process.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Director and the team.
• Help maintain and develop the overall visual style of the project.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Concept Artist in game development.
• Strong artistic taste and understanding of design principles, shape, silhouette, and proportions.
• Experience working in a stylized realism style, with a strong focus on architecture and object design.
• Confident use of 3D tools like Blender, ZBrush, or 3D-Coat.
• Understanding of 3D production pipelines and 3D team needs.
• Strong portfolio with relevant work.

Nice to have

• Generalist skill set (environment / props / characters).
• Experience with photobash and kitbash workflows.
• Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine.
• Strong architectural design experience.
