What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and define process automation initiatives.
• Manage and refine the product backlog, prioritizing high-impact features.
• Plan product releases and manage delivery expectations with the Automation Manager.
• Work with the development team to set realistic timelines and mitigate risks for automation solutions.
• Act as a liaison between development and stakeholders, defining acceptance criteria.
• Monitor and report team and production KPIs, supporting agile best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, consultant, or developer in a technological environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proven capability to manage priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Automation Platforms (Power Platform, UiPath).
• Familiarity with Jira, Grafana, and Gsheet.
• Familiarity with online sports betting and casino products.
