What you will do

• Contribute independently to multi-person analytics teams.
• Assist in the development, testing, and delivery of services/products.
• Lead complex and visible projects.
• Locate and obtain data from various internal and external sources.
• Rapidly iterate on new ideas and debug issues.
• Communicate complex data to business partners and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Technical background using datasets in SQL.
• Ability to develop methods and utilize tools to ensure error-free automation.
• Interest in applying statistical methods and forecasting models.
• Capacity to adapt documents and presentations for the intended audience.
• Ability to collect required business data through various data sources and apply data analysis techniques.
• A valid Swiss work permit or Swiss or EU-25/EFTA citizenship is required.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of business insights and automation related experience.
• High interest in developing and growing skills and learning about the business.
• Exposure to specific organizational tools such as Azure DevOps and GitHub.
• Knowledge with programming languages such as Python and R.
• Good statistical analysis skills.
