What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 2D animators.
• Establish and maintain the animation vision, style, and quality for projects.
• Manage the production of animation assets from animatic to final animation.
• Provide clear communication, guidance, sketches, and notes to the team.
• Take ownership of team work, highlighting problems and providing solutions.
• Manage team assignments, approvals, deadlines, and retake expectations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the Animation industry, with at least a few years of animation experience.
• Good knowledge of Toon Boom Harmony, including efficient use of its reuse library.
• Ability to lead and manage an animation team effectively.
• Strong aptitude for drawing, animation, and observation.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written (C1 level).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Must be based in Ireland for hybrid working arrangements.
