Senior Account Manager

TL;DR
Senior Account Manager (Project Management): Building and maintaining relationships with French-speaking customers, guiding them through adoption of , and introducing it as an open source alternative. Focus on conducting demos, negotiating contracts, leading Proof of Concepts, and assisting with migrations from Jira.
Location: Fully remote, working from different parts of Europe with a focus on French-speaking customers.

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential French-speaking customers.
- Conduct demo sessions for prospects and clients, and negotiate tender and contract terms.
- Lead Proof of Concepts to successfully introduce at large organisations.
- Guide clients on their migration journey from Jira to .
- Represent at conferences and participate in French interviews or podcasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (native level) and English (business language).
- Proven experience in sales or customer success with a track record of delivering meaningful outcomes.
- Effective communication and active listening skills, including with executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong technical and product understanding.
- Ability to collaborate confidently with specialists and stakeholders across disciplines.
- Passion for Open Source and experience working in a remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Familiarity with or Jira.
