What you will do

• Own end‑to‑end design for complex B2B features and workflows from discovery to delivery.
• Translate business and user needs into clear, usable solutions for dashboard‑based and data‑rich interfaces.
• Apply strong information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles to complex domains.
• Produce high‑quality UI designs with a focus on clarity, hierarchy, and consistency.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, and standards.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape solutions.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design roles.
• Proven experience designing B2B products, including complex dashboards or platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX thinking, complex problem solving, and high‑quality UI execution.
• Deep understanding of user‑centred design principles, usability, and interaction design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma (components, variants, auto‑layout, variables).
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional product teams.

Nice to have

• Experience designing iGaming products or consumer‑grade experiences.
• Experience working on analytics, reporting, or data‑visualisation‑heavy products.
• Hands‑on involvement in building or maintaining design systems.
