Visual & Motion Designer: Creating and iterating high-quality brand and performance visuals across digital and print touchpoints with an accent on driving performance across digital channels and maintaining brand identity. Focus on optimizing designs based on performance data, translating brand guidelines into motion principles, and utilizing AI content generation tools for efficient asset creation.

Location: Flexible hybrid setup between home and our carbon-neutral Amsterdam office. Work abroad for up to 6 weeks per year (max. 4 consecutive weeks, including up to 4 weeks outside the EU).

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 monthly, excluding holiday allowance.

What you will do

• Create and iterate visual assets for performance marketing channels (paid social, display, affiliate).
• Optimize designs based on performance data, learnings, and best practices.
• Design brand visuals for web, including landing pages and campaign pages, using existing modules.
• Create visual assets for organic social (reels, stories).
• Design and animate short-form motion assets for paid social, video ads, and reels.
• Translate brand guidelines into motion principles (timing, transitions, typography, pacing) and iterate based on performance insights.
• Design print and brand collateral, including posters, infographics, presentations, and merchandise.
• Deliver production-ready files for both digital and print channels.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in visual and motion design, either in-house or at an agency.
• Strong experience designing within established brand systems.
• Experience with AI content generation tools for rapid concept exploration and efficient asset variation.
• Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and channels (digital and print).
• Advanced use of Figma, including components, libraries, and developer handoff.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and motion design for short-form performance and social assets.
