Responsibilities:

• Identifying and attracting institutional clients (products: equity and/or fixed-income markets), as well as high-net-worth individuals.
• Opening new accounts.
• Continuously developing and maintaining long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Actively participating in professional conferences.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• At least 6 months of experience in institutional sales.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, fixed-income instruments, and investment strategies.
• Good command of English.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Solid understanding of the needs of Russian institutional clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivation, results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Conditions:

• The position requires relocation to Yerevan.
• The first three months involve working from the Yerevan office; after the probation period, the role becomes fully remote from any country.
• Official employment in accordance with Armenian labor law.
• Health insurance provided after the probation period.
