B2B Sales Manager (Mid–Senior)

Location:
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $1200+ and performance-based commission

About the RoleWe are looking for a B2B Sales Manager who will own and drive enterprise and mid-market sales for Unitlab AI. You will work closely with founders, product, and engineering teams to sell a technical AI platform to data-driven companies. This role is ideal for someone comfortable selling complex SaaS products with long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: lead qualification, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
• Sell Unitlab AI’s platform to enterprise and mid-market customers (AI teams, tech companies, R&D teams)
• Conduct product demos and communicate technical value clearly to both business and technical stakeholders
• Build and manage a strong pipeline using CRM tools
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Prepare commercial proposals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations
• Maintain long-term relationships with customers and drive renewals and expansion
• Represent Unitlab AI in meetings, events, and partner discussions

Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology products
• Proven track record of closing mid-market or enterprise B2B deals
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand and explain technical products (AI, data platforms, developer tools)
• Fluent in Russian (mandatory)
• Good working proficiency in English
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Nice to Have
• Experience selling AI, ML, data, or developer tools
• Experience working with international clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
• Understanding of long sales cycles and enterprise procurement
• Background in tech startups or high-growth companies
