📌 Position: Product Manager (iGaming / Casino)
📍Location: Remote
🕒 Salary: $5,000–$8,000 (paid in USDT)
About the Company & Role:
The company operates an online casino product with a strong presence in the CIS market and is actively expanding into new GEOs, including Uzbekistan, Canada, and Latin America. The team consists of approximately 250 employees, with plans for moderate growth. Product promotion is supported by a well-established marketing infrastructure, including media buying, SEO, CRM, analytics, and other growth tools.
The company is looking for a Product Manager with strong marketing and UX expertise. The technical side is fully covered by an existing CTO and Business Analysts, allowing this role to focus on product strategy, user experience, performance metrics, and international expansion beyond the CIS (Latin America, Europe, Asia).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute product strategy with a strong focus on UX and marketing
- Research new markets and prepare go-to-market strategies for expansion (LatAm, Europe, Asia)
- Define product priorities and coordinate implementation with the technical team
- Work with analytics and data to improve product metrics and conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and cross-functional teams to scale the product
- Set KPIs and monitor performance against key product goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in iGaming, casino, or digital products
- Strong expertise in marketing and UX/UI
- Experience launching and scaling products in international markets outside the CIS
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with product metrics and data
