What you will do

• Own the technical vision and architecture for the React Native codebase.
• Drive strategic initiatives for performance, code quality, testing, and platform evolution.
• Lead complex feature development and guide the team through technical decision-making.
• Mentor senior and mid-level engineers, providing feedback, coaching, and growth support.
• Collaborate with product managers to shape technical requirements and refine roadmaps.
• Oversee new feature rollouts using staged rollouts, A/B testing, and monitoring tools.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in frontend development.
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Commercial experience developing cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
• Proven ability to drive technical direction and make architectural decisions for the mobile team.
• Solid understanding of mobile platform specifics (iOS and Android) and UX constraints.
• Experience with automated testing tools and approaches (e.g., Jest, RTL, Maestro).
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques and debugging tools.
• English: Upper-Intermediate and above.
