What you will do

• Develop and support software initiatives (projects, change requests, L3 production fixes).
• Collaborate with Enterprise and Domain architects to align application design to overall architectural guidelines.
• Work with subject matter experts, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to establish feasible technical solutions.
• Provide quality assurance of team delivery in conformance to Bank-defined software delivery methodology and tools.
• Drive adoption of methods like Agile and DevOps to improve quality and productivity.
• Anticipate and resolve development issues or risks independently or with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 10 years in software development.
• Work Mode: On-site.
• Strong hands-on knowledge and technical expertise in Unix/Linux, Shell Programming, and Oracle DB.
• Good communication skills to engage multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

• IBM MQ knowledge.
• Aldon, DevOps, and Control-M knowledge.
