What you will do

• Configure and optimize SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruiting modules, including business rules, workflows, and data models.
• Support system changes across the employee lifecycle, including hiring, job changes, and terminations.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll teams to gather and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Recommend best-practice configurations aligned with SuccessFactors roadmap and SAP standards.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance through regular audits and validation.
• Execute system testing (unit, regression, UAT) for configuration changes and support deployment of system updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Recruiting.
• Strong understanding of HR and Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience with role-based permissions, workflows, business rules, and MDF objects.
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, or middleware (e.g., CPI).
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical configurations.
