Salary: $187,600 - $257,950

What you will do

• Serve as the primary IT point of contact for the Business unit, understanding strategies and priorities.
• Partner with business leaders to shape and prioritize IT initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
• Translate business requirements into IT roadmaps and oversee successful project delivery.
• Ensure IT investments align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Provide strategic guidance on IT-related matters, including system implementations and digital enablement.
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiencies, and introduce innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT business partnering, IT leadership, or a similar role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences, or the dental/medical device industry.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise systems and technologies such as CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and MES.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.
• Demonstrated project management expertise with strong financial and budget management capability.
• Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements impacting IT in healthcare/dental industries.
