What you will do

• Develop and own the FinTech vision and roadmap for your area of responsibility.
• Define and execute product strategies to automate, enhance, and scale financial and compliance workflows.
• Champion AI-driven and automated solutions to reduce manual processes and accelerate month-end close.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions with engineering and data science.
• Drive vendor evaluations and manage SaaS integrations.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to build intelligent billing, revenue recognition, and compliance solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years as a product manager in an Agile environment with FinTech product management experience.
• Deep understanding of corporate finance, accounting, tax, billing, procurement, and payments.
• Proven ability to drive outcomes across cross-functional stakeholder groups and think in systems.
• Experience with SaaS tools, custom-built platforms, and AI/ML models.
• Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• English: B2 required.
