Senior Product Manager (AdTech)

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AdTech): Driving the product roadmap and execution for an ads product to improve Microsoft ad performance and deliver better ROAS for customers. Focus on exploring opportunities, developing product strategy based on business requirements, and collaborating with Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to innovate solutions.

Location: Beijing, China. Employees living within a 25-mile commute of a designated Microsoft office are expected to work from the office at least four days per week starting January 26, 2026.

What you will do

• Improve Microsoft ad performance and deliver better Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Data Science teams to innovate and propose solutions.
• Explore market opportunities and develop product strategy and roadmap based on business requirements.
• Build customer-loved experiences by collaborating across organizational boundaries.
• Incubate and prototype new technologies and ideas.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 3+ years of experience in product/service/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
• Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising business with a proven track record in monetization products.
• Experience developing products from inception to completion, focusing on product aspects and business needs.
• Demonstrated expertise in identifying market opportunities and launching successful products.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and thoughtfully experiment.
• Experience working with customers to understand their needs and the competitive landscape.
