What you will do
- Deliver curated experiences and make strategic content presentation decisions for all VoD users.
- Champion innovative curation approaches considering platforms, audience segmentation, and user behaviour.
- Develop and manage editorial relationships with VoD third-party platforms and TV partners.
- Lead, manage, support, and develop a high-performing team of Digital Curation Execs.
- Work with various internal teams (Programming, VoD Image, Data & Insights) to execute and refine content plans.
- Contribute to the curation strategy to maximise content discovery, reputation, and frequency of visits.
Requirements
- Considerable experience in an editorial merchandising, planning, or curation role within a streaming service, VoD, or the creative/media industries.
- Extensive experience with content and schedule management tools.
- Experience using performance data to review VoD viewing patterns and shape curation plans.
- Experience advising and influencing improvements to products and tools to enhance curation features.
- Experience of leading and managing a team.
- Strong knowledge of VoD platforms, audiences, content requirements, and the wider television and media landscape.
- Ability to precisely manage complex information and draw insights from data.
