What you will do

  • Guide new administrators through the onboarding process and provide training.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and advocating on their behalf.
  • Resolve client concerns around the platform and software through education, escalation, and training.
  • Provide data-driven insights to clients, helping them make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for renewals and upsells, and communicate new features.
  • Gather client feedback and collaborate with the product team to continuously improve the platform.

Requirements

  • Superior problem-solving skills and a growth mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT or a related field OR 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relations in the digital solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, SaaS products, and employee engagement tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of driving client engagement and satisfaction.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
