What you will do

• Partner with teams to identify high-leverage opportunities for AI automation and efficiency gains.
• Design, build, and iterate on functional prototypes using advanced GenAI techniques (LLMs, Agentic AI) in Python and Golang.
• Collaborate to evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade AI solutions.
• Provide guidance on AI capabilities, responsible AI usage, and prompt engineering best practices.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to strict security, privacy, and ethical guidelines.
• Define success metrics, track ROI, and communicate the value of AI initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 6 months focused on applied AI, Generative AI, or intelligent automation.
• Proven expertise in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining production services, with a strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Ability to write high-quality, well-tested code in Python and Golang.
• Understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and architectures (RAG, agents, fine-tuning concepts).
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms (enterprise LLMs, no-code/low-code automation, LangChain/LangGraph, Python).
• Strong understanding of data privacy, security, and ethical considerations related to AI.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building or implementing AI agents or advanced workflow automation solutions.
• Prior experience building production ML/AI systems.
• Prior crypto or fintech domain experience.
