TL;DR

Location: Must have a valid visa and work permit to work in Czech Republic. Based in Brno or Rožnov with home office flexibility.

What you will do
- Develop new algorithms for high-performance industrial and optimized appliance/consumer motor control applications.
- Validate motor control algorithms under real conditions using a motor bench.
- Collaborate closely with the System Engineering team.
- Support new product introductions.
- Maintain SW products following CI/CD processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Motor Control background with practical experience in FOC/6-step control for PMSM/BLDC motors.
- Embedded programming experience in C.
- General microcontroller architecture know-how and debugging skills for embedded targets and low-level software.
- Good command of English and communication skills.
- Must have a valid visa and work permit to work in Czech Republic.
Nice to have
- ASM programming experience.
- Experience with measurement and debugging instrumentation like oscilloscope, power meter, motor bench.
- Experience with HW design, schematic, and layout design.
- Experience with SW development tools (Git, JIRA) and software development processes/quality standards.
