Salary: $146,000.00 to $204,500.00

What you will do

• Work alongside a diverse team of engineers to deliver end to end Agent experience features, with focus on quality, scalability and maintainability.
• Lead complex features.
• Mentor more junior engineers.
• Develop and test web and API features, and ensure they meet design requirements.
• Implement proof of concepts and pilots to accelerate the use of new technologies and solutions to solve business problems.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years full-stack software development experience across multiple technologies, languages and frameworks.
• Experience in HTML/CSS, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python or Java/Kotlin.
• Experience with REST or GraphQL services.
• Tests and monitors own code.
• Seeks to understand how engineering solutions fit business need.

Nice to have

• Experience with human-in-the-loop GenAI workflows, RAG, or LangGraph is a plus.
• Experience utilizing cloud technologies and services with Amazon AWS or equivalent is a plus.
• Good communication and the ability to collaborate with and explain technical details and challenges to a wide variety of audiences.
