Salary: $146,000–$204,500 USD per year

What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end Agent experience features, focusing on quality, scalability, and maintainability.
• Lead the development and implementation of complex features.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Develop and rigorously test web and API features to meet design requirements.
• Implement proof-of-concepts and pilot new technologies, especially in GenAI, to solve business problems.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience across multiple technologies, languages, and frameworks.
• Strong experience with web technologies (HTML/CSS, ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and backend languages (Python or Java/Kotlin).
• Proficiency in developing and consuming REST or GraphQL services.
• Must have US work authorization (E-Verify participant).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to explain technical details to various audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with human-in-the-loop GenAI workflows, RAG, or LangGraph.
• Experience utilizing cloud technologies and services (e.g., Amazon AWS).
