What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer acceptance.
• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate and participate in interview rounds with hiring teams.
• Support candidates throughout the recruitment and decision-making process.
• Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
• Support and mentor the recruitment team, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with direct sourcing and proactive outreach.
• High confidence in interviewing and assessing candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Experience working closely with hiring managers as a recruitment partner.
• Fluency in English.
