What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes from role intake to offer acceptance.
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach.
- Coordinate and participate in interview rounds with hiring teams.
- Support candidates throughout the recruitment and decision-making process.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and up to date in the ATS.
- Support and mentor the recruitment team, sharing best practices and contributing to their professional development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven hands-on recruitment experience.
- Strong experience with direct sourcing and proactive outreach.
- High confidence in interviewing and assessing candidates.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Experience working closely with hiring managers as a recruitment partner.
- Fluency in English.
