What you will do

• Translate business priorities into actionable people strategies and ensure their execution.
• Advise and challenge senior leaders on day-to-day people decisions, aligning with company values.
• Drive initiatives related to performance, talent identification, development, and retention.
• Support organizational design, role clarity, and team effectiveness during growth and transformation.
• Handle employee relations and ensure consistent application of HR policies and processes.

Requirements

• +3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar senior, hands-on HR role.
• Proven track record supporting leaders in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience in an international or matrix organization, or digital/media/tech/marketing industries.
• Strong business understanding and ability to connect people topics to business outcomes.
• Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
• English: B2+ proficiency required.
