What you will do
- Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive demos for IT and Ops leaders across the European market.
- Show how the product enables hardware procurement and configuration in under 2 minutes.
- Explain how UEM natively supports ISO 27001 readiness, moving beyond the limitations of tools like Apple Business Manager.
- Demonstrate how the platform identifies "Zombie Licenses" to reduce customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.
- Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos and the future roadmap.
- Track and forecast technical opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Pre-Sales, ideally within IT, Workplace Technology, or Security environments.
- Native or bilingual Italian and professional English.
- Proven experience in Workplace IT technology sales, including end-user computing solutions and digital workplace tools.
- Solid understanding of MDM / UEM technologies and modern SaaS ecosystems, including integrations and automation workflows.
- Strong Blueprint / Discovery process expertise: ability to run structured discovery sessions.
- Hands-on experience leading technical demos and validation phases for complex B2B solutions.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.
Nice to have
- Experience with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certifications.
- Experience selling to IT personas (CTO, VP Engineering, CISO).
- Knowledge of the Italian IT ecosystem and compliance requirements.
