Location: Onsite in Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€55,000

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery sessions and deep-dive demos for IT and Ops leaders across the European market.
  • Show how the product enables hardware procurement and configuration in under 2 minutes.
  • Explain how UEM natively supports ISO 27001 readiness, moving beyond the limitations of tools like Apple Business Manager.
  • Demonstrate how the platform identifies "Zombie Licenses" to reduce customer SaaS spend by 15-20%.
  • Provide structured feedback to Product and Marketing to shape demos and the future roadmap.
  • Track and forecast technical opportunities accurately in HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Pre-Sales, ideally within IT, Workplace Technology, or Security environments.
  • Native or bilingual Italian and professional English.
  • Proven experience in Workplace IT technology sales, including end-user computing solutions and digital workplace tools.
  • Solid understanding of MDM / UEM technologies and modern SaaS ecosystems, including integrations and automation workflows.
  • Strong Blueprint / Discovery process expertise: ability to run structured discovery sessions.
  • Hands-on experience leading technical demos and validation phases for complex B2B solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value.

Nice to have

  • Experience with ISO 27001 / SOC 2 certifications.
  • Experience selling to IT personas (CTO, VP Engineering, CISO).
  • Knowledge of the Italian IT ecosystem and compliance requirements.
