What you will do

• Develop and deploy internal IT services and systems.
• Lead infrastructure projects, ensuring technical success.
• Handle L2 escalations and support junior engineers.
• Maintain network stability and office-to-cloud connectivity.
• Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using Ansible and Jenkins.
• Secure all endpoints and core infrastructure.
• Partner with global IT, security, and engineering teams.
• Optimize internal tools, documentation, and processes.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work in Tbilisi, Georgia is required.
• Relocation: Relocation support to Georgia is provided.
• English: Fluent English (verbal/written) is required.
• Proven expertise in networking (Mikrotik, VPN), IAM, and endpoint security, including MDM implementation (JumpCloud, InTune, or HexNode).
• Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins) and scripting (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) to build scalable systems.
• Strong background in IT support and ticketing (Jira), including hands-on AV equipment troubleshooting.

• Experience in finance or trading domain.
