TL;DR

Customer Technical Support Engineer (Tier 1): Providing responsive technical support for hirify.global’s SaaS platform to global customers with an accent on troubleshooting software and platform-related issues, documenting solutions, and continuously building product knowledge. Focus on collaborating with teammates to improve processes and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing open issues effectively.

Location: Onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. Flexible hours required for 24/7 global customer support.

What you will do

  • Provide responsive technical support to customers via chat, email, phone, and screen sharing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and platform-related issues for users.
  • Document problem-solving steps and track progress for team visibility.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of hirify.global’s products, services, and tools.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and improve processes.
  • Manage open issues and ensure timely follow-up.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server Administration (WMI, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Server roles).
  • Experience in OS troubleshooting, log analysis, Network LAN, Firewall concepts, NTFS, and File Management Structures.
  • Proficiency with Remote Support tools (Logmein.com, Gotomeeting.com, VNC, Dameware, RDP).
  • Confidence in troubleshooting technical problems and explaining solutions clearly.
  • Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills.

  • Experience with Linux.
