What you will do

• Analyze key product metrics and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner in defining requirements and functionalities.
• Develop use cases, functional flows, and acceptance criteria for new features.
• Participate in discovery sessions and requirements gathering with various teams.
• Monitor the performance of QR and recurring payment products, detecting deviations.
• Conduct market benchmarks to identify trends and product evolution opportunities.
• Support testing and validation stages, ensuring functional quality.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, or Business Administration, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in functional analysis, product, or similar roles in digital environments, fintech, or banking.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL (basic), and familiarity with Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Power BI.
• Experience working with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
• English: B1 required (Intermediate level to read and understand technical documentation).

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with QR or recurring payment products.
• Familiarity with market research and competitive benchmarking.
• Experience in fintech or banking environments.
