TL;DR

SAP Finance Integration Specialist (SAP): Supporting SAP Finance processes and integrating SAP with external systems with an accent on FI Invoicing, IDocs, and XML interfaces. Focus on resolving application incidents, designing technical solutions with developers, and executing integration and non-regression testing.

Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria

What you will do

  • Support SAP Finance processes and ensure smooth project deployments.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP interfaces and system integrations.
  • Resolve application incidents via ServiceNow and JIRA using functional knowledge.
  • Collaborate with developers to design and validate technical solutions for business needs.
  • Execute integration and non-regression testing to ensure system stability.
  • Maintain technical documentation and meet established KPIs.

Requirements

  • University degree in IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of IT experience in SAP Finance and Systems Integration.
  • Strong proficiency in SAP FI (specifically invoicing processes) and basic knowledge of SAP CO.
  • Experience with SAP system integration using IDocs and XML messages.
  • Ability to perform testing, debugging, and minor ABAP enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills in English

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, BRF+, and FIORI.
  • Experience working within a global corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP PP, QM, and IM modules.
  • Knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain structures.
