Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager

Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager: Managing internal communications and employer brand presence across key channels with an accent on strategic planning and hands-on content creation. Focus on employer branding campaigns for key roles and target groups, as well as for broader awareness of our employer brand.
Location: This role is based in Munich and follows a hybrid work model (at least 50% in the office), combining regular in-person collaboration with flexible remote work within the EU.

What you will do
- Manage and develop employer branding channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Kununu, careers page) in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Identify, plan, and manage paid media opportunities and awards to increase employer visibility.
- Create engaging content for social media and internal channels, including posts, videos, and compelling copy.
- Design and implement employer branding campaigns for key roles and target groups.
- Develop and distribute internal newsletters and intranet content to inform and engage employees.
- Manage the global CSR program and coordinate CSR events and initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Communications, Content, and/or Employer Branding.
- Experience in a PR/creative agency or start-up, ideally with exposure to a corporate environment.
- Proven track record in using social media for employer branding, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Strong conceptual and editorial skills, combined with a hands-on approach to content creation (including video).
- Agile, proactive working style and a high level of creativity.
- Strong interest in technology and software products.
- Excellent English and German skills.
