TL;DR

Internal Communications & Employer Branding Manager: Managing internal communications and employer brand presence across various channels with an accent on strategic planning and content creation. Location: Munich, Germany (hybrid with at least 50% in-office presence, remote work possible from within the EU)

What you will do

  • Manage and continuously develop employer branding channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Kununu, careers page) in collaboration with Marketing.
  • Identify, plan, and manage paid media opportunities and awards to increase employer visibility.
  • Create engaging content for social media and internal channels, including posts, videos, and compelling copy.
  • Design and implement employer branding campaigns for key roles, target groups, and broader brand awareness.
  • Develop and distribute internal newsletters and intranet content to inform, align, and engage employees.
  • Manage the global CSR program and plan, coordinate, and host CSR events and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Communications, Content, and/or Employer Branding.
  • Experience in a PR/creative agency or start-up, ideally complemented by corporate exposure.
  • Proven track record in using social media for employer branding, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
  • Strong conceptual and editorial skills, combined with a hands-on approach to content creation (including video).
  • Agile, proactive working style and a high level of creativity.
  • Strong interest in technology and software products.
  • Excellent English and German skills.
