Location: Remote within Europe with optional office presence in Riga, Tallinn, or Barcelona

What you will do

• Collaborate closely with your squad to improve services for Printify merchants.
• Develop deep understanding of user needs to guide decision-making.
• Lead and contribute to feature development across squads and functions.
• Build, maintain, and scale MarTech capabilities ensuring reliability and growth.
• Measure impact of features through data and experimentation.
• Release to production daily to deliver fast value.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years commercial software engineering experience and 2+ years with NodeJS
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Strong experience with Typescript, NestJS, microservices, AWS or other cloud providers.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and testing.
• Collaborative team player with passion for clean code and continuous learning.

Nice to have

• Experience with PHP (Symfony, Laravel) is a plus.
