TL;DR
HubSpot Specialist (CRM): Supporting and optimizing HubSpot implementations across various business units, developing generic solutions, and building organization-wide applications with an accent on process analysis, workflow automation, and data quality. Focus on rolling out HubSpot, integrating with other tools, and solving complex configuration issues.
Location: Hybrid (Groenlo, Netherlands); preferably present at campus at least twice a week.
Salary: €4,000–€5,500 gross per month.

What you will do
- Support teams in setting up and using HubSpot effectively.
- Introduce new solutions for processes like onboarding and billing.
- Map out processes, identify underlying problems, and discuss with stakeholders.
- Design generic, reusable standard solutions for various market groups.
- Contribute to the organization-wide rollout and adoption of HubSpot.
- Monitor data quality and oversee HubSpot activities across hirify.global.
- Follow trends in HubSpot and translate them into concrete improvements.
- Develop email templates, landing pages, and contract templates within HubSpot.
- Solve complex issues, working with additional tooling if necessary.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with HubSpot (preferably the entire suite).
- Interest in business processes such as support, finance, and the customer data lifecycle.
- Willingness to learn products like Zuora and Oneflow.
- Knowledge of the Winning by Design (WbD) Bow-Tie methodology, or willingness to learn.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English.
- Available for 32-38 hours per week.
- Must be able to work hybrid from Groenlo, Netherlands, attending the campus at least twice a week.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, HubL, and HubSpot COS.
