CMO (SaaS): Developing and driving product Go-To-Market strategies end-to-end, including defining target markets, positioning, pricing, and sales channels with an accent on scaling products from custom solutions to open-market offerings. Focus on hypothesis-driven acquisition, budget management, and building a high-performing marketing team.

Company
is looking for a marketing leader to own and drive product Go-To-Market strategies.
What you will do
- Develop and validate Go-To-Market strategies for all products, defining target markets and product positioning.
- Work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales on value propositions, pricing, and sales channels.
- Launch, test, and iterate acquisition and sales channels using a hypothesis-driven approach.
- Lead and develop the existing marketing team, designing the team structure and establishing processes.
- Manage marketing budgets and forecast resources required to support the growth strategy.
- Ensure tight alignment between marketing and the commercial (sales) function.
Requirements
- 7+ years in marketing.
- Proven experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing in IT, SaaS, or digital product companies.
- Strong background in Go-To-Market strategy and product launches.
- Experience working with international markets.
- Fluent English (working with international markets).
- Experience in telecommunications is a strong advantage.
