hirify.global is looking for a marketing leader to own and drive product Go-To-Market strategies.

What you will do

  • Develop and validate Go-To-Market strategies for all products, defining target markets and product positioning.
  • Work closely with the CEO and Head of Sales on value propositions, pricing, and sales channels.
  • Launch, test, and iterate acquisition and sales channels using a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Lead and develop the existing marketing team, designing the team structure and establishing processes.
  • Manage marketing budgets and forecast resources required to support the growth strategy.
  • Ensure tight alignment between marketing and the commercial (sales) function.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing.
  • Proven experience as a CMO or Head of Marketing in IT, SaaS, or digital product companies.
  • Strong background in Go-To-Market strategy and product launches.
  • Experience working with international markets.
  • Fluent English (working with international markets).
  • Experience in telecommunications is a strong advantage.
