What you will do

• Create 30-second 3D video ads based on marketing briefs and current trends.
• Animate existing 3D game assets specifically for marketing use.
• Iterate on existing videos and concepts (e.g., swapping assets, camera angles, or intros).
• Handle the full pipeline independently, from scene setup and animation to rendering and final editing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Blender or similar 3D software.
• Proficiency in After Effects or similar video editing/compositing software.
• Strong character animation skills based on solid animation principles.
• Proven experience creating mobile game ads (UA creatives).
• Understanding of mobile marketing (hooks, pacing, and CTAs).
• Application must be in English.

Nice to have

• Strong sense of “game feel” to create videos with convincing gameplay.
• Ability to create low-poly 3D assets that match an established game style.
• Experience using AI tools to create polished video hooks.
• Proficiency in 2D video production.
• Experience with physics or simulations within a 3D engine is a bonus.
