What you will do

• Independently design and produce complete animation sets (including 3C and combat) for realistic-style characters and creatures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure character and creature animations achieve AAA quality in the final game.
• Work closely with relevant teams to refine and iterate on animation design guidelines, artistic direction, and production pipelines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in game development, with solid animation design skills and strong hand-key animation capability.
• Extensive experience in realistic-style animation or film-related design; experience in AAA game development is a plus.
• Strong design and learning abilities, with a keen eye for animation performance in top-tier AAA games.
• Solid understanding of dynamic anatomy and experience in creating well-constructed poses.
• Familiarity with Unreal Engine; experience with animation-related engine tools or technical workflows is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit.
• Portfolio submission required.

Nice to have

• Experience in motion capture and actor performance direction.
