What you will do

• Own day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expense management.
• Manage invoicing, collections, and customer billing workflows.
• Oversee vendor payments and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
• Support annual budgeting and rolling forecasts, tracking actuals versus budget.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and basic management dashboards.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, payroll providers, and tax advisors.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, ideally in a tech company or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
• Solid understanding of core finance operations including AR, AP, and basic financial reporting.
• Experience with cloud accounting systems and strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders.
• Singapore work authorization required.

Nice to have

• Additional fluency in Chinese is preferred.
