What you will do

• Provide technical and people leadership for Unity engineering teams, ensuring high delivery standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with product goals.
• Build and maintain technical processes and development standards for Unity.
• Drive architectural vision and make strategic technical decisions for scalability, stability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, feedback, and support on complex technical challenges.
• Manage priorities, plan tasks, and participate in the full development cycle, including release activities and product evolution.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions in mobile gaming projects.
• Project management skills and advanced communication abilities.
• Experience designing and maintaining versioning strategies and managing dependencies.
• Solid understanding of DOD principles, multithreading, and design patterns.
• Experience with integrating various SDKs into Unity (Firebase, Analytics, Ads Networks).
• Experience in optimizing games for mobile platforms and developing UI functionality (UGUI or UI Toolkit).
• Understanding of client-server interactions (REST, Websockets).
