Location: Hybrid in Kyiv, Ukraine, with the possibility of remote work within Ukraine for employees outside the Kyiv region.

What you will do

• Consult managers and team leaders on people management and HR decisions.
• Support full-cycle HR processes within assigned teams.
• Improve team effectiveness through regular meetings and analysis.
• Manage performance, including assessment cycles and PIP coordination.
• Develop employee development plans with managers.
• Participate in projects for culture, leadership, and engagement development.

Requirements

• At least 1-1.5 years of experience in an HR or employee relations role in IT companies.
• Experience building partnerships with managers, including consulting and coaching.
• Understanding of HR processes like performance management, talent development, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data for planning and decision-making.
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments.
