hirify.global is building the reliability layer for Voice AI, combining state-of-the-art speech and audio research with real-time, production-grade SDKs to test, observe, and enable Voice AI systems.

What you will do

• Own developer activation: improve “first 30 minutes” success for SDK/API users (docs, quickstarts, reference apps, troubleshooting).
• Ship technical content that converts: short tutorials, deep-dive guides, and example repositories aligned to the Voice AI workflow.
• Build and maintain best-in-class integrations with key ecosystems, especially Pipecat and LiveKit, including runnable demos and templates.
• Make benchmarks a first-class Go-To-Market (GTM) asset: create benchmark templates and reproducible evaluation harnesses.
• Run developer community and ecosystem motion: engage in builder communities and turn feedback into shipped improvements.
• Host and organize developer-focused events such as workshops, webinars, meetups, and hack sessions.

Requirements

• Technical DevRel / Developer Advocate / DevEx experience at a developer-first product company.
• Hands-on Voice AI builder experience, including building agent systems and real-time pipelines with Pipecat and/or LiveKit.
• Ability to ship production-quality code (commonly Python + TypeScript/Node; bonus for Rust/C++ familiarity).
• Strong intuition for what makes developers successful: fast time-to-first-success, high-signal errors, crisp docs, and opinionated reference implementations.
• Benchmarking mindset: design evaluations that are reproducible, defensible, and relevant to customer constraints.
• Early-stage startup experience required: worked in a high-growth environment with limited process and high ownership.
• On-site in Berlin, Germany (collaboration-heavy role, close to Engineering + Product).
