What you will do

• Build and coordinate the complete project development cycle and timelines.
• Ensure quality control of project results.
• Manage risks in project development.
• Organize the work of remote project teams.
• Optimize team and cross-team interactions.
• Manage team communications, motivation, and engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing gamedev projects (mobile or hybrid).
• Proven experience delivering projects on time and at quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of modern development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Scrumban, Shape Up).
• Experience in building predictable production pipelines and optimizing cross-team communication.
• Confident use of AI-assisted tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for planning, communication, analytics, and workflow automation.
• Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Monday or similar PM systems.
• Data-driven mindset: ability to interpret project metrics, team load, velocity, and production KPIs.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
