What you will do

• Design, deploy, and evolve Kubernetes-based environments across development, staging, and production.
• Own and improve release workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and Git-based deployment practices.
• Build and maintain containerized workloads, Docker images, and Kubernetes runtimes, operating GitOps with Argo CD.
• Define and implement monitoring, alerting, and observability best practices across services, including Prometheus and distributed tracing.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to ensure services are production-ready from day one.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and environment setup using infrastructure-as-code, leveraging AI tools for debugging and incident analysis.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in real-world environments.
• Solid understanding of Docker, container images, and containerized application workflows.
• Experience deploying and operating applications in Kubernetes clusters.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release workflows, and Git-based infrastructure repositories.
• Ability to reason about system reliability, failure modes, and operational best practices.
• Good communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Helm and/or Kustomize, Argo CD, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager.
• Familiarity with distributed tracing and service meshes (Linkerd, Istio).
• Experience operating and scaling production-grade environments and automating infrastructure provisioning.
• Strong comfort using AI-assisted tools for debugging, log analysis, configuration validation, and incident investigation.
