Technical Solutions Engineer (AdTech)

Technical Solutions Engineer (AdTech): Optimizing existing client setups and implementing new features for hirify.global products with an accent on technical expertise and client relationship management. Focus on troubleshooting product issues, identifying bugs, and continuously improving operational processes and tools for efficiency.

Location: This role is based in Gurugram, India. Work hours will be between 7 am IST to 4 pm IST. This is a hybrid role, blending home with in-office experiences.

What you will do

• Become an expert on hirify.global's standard products from a technical perspective.
• Establish trustful relationships with other Operations and Commercial Teams.
• Work with Client Focus Teams to implement new features and products.
• Execute the implementation of new features and products.
• Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward.
• Participate with the broader global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.
• Identify bugs, report them, and work close to escalation and R&D teams on their resolution.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both spoken & written.
• Engineering or technical background with a computer science related degree.
• Experience in reviewing and debugging code in HTML, JavaScript, XML, SQL.
• Experience collaborating with internal clients.
• Ability to prioritize and execute a large number of tasks, and resolve issues quickly.
• Problem-solving and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
