What you will do

• Act as a key Audio Project Management contact for Blizzard Entertainment titles, aligning with IP-specific audiovisual requirements.
• Lead and coordinate day-to-day audio localization operations across multiple platforms and languages.
• Coordinate closely with Blizzard’s audiovisual teams and Berlin-based teams, resolving issues across time zones.
• Manage budgets, invoicing, and purchase orders.
• Facilitate kick-off and post-mortem meetings to refine audio workflows.
• Provide hands-on audio expertise, including review of mixes and technical audio deliverables.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Audio Project Manager, ideally with prior exposure to Blizzard Entertainment projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing localization projects in the video game industry.
• Strong background in audio engineering, understanding mixing, sound processing, and technical audio workflows.
• Solid understanding of AAA audiovisual production pipelines.
• Based in the Latin America region, preferably within the Brazil time zone.
• English: B2 or higher.
• German: C1 or higher.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Synchronstar and other booking platforms.
• Proficiency with localization tools (e.g., MS Excel) and scripting knowledge (e.g., Python).
• Familiarity with standard DAWs, in particular Pro Tools.
