What you will do

• Own the implementation and evolution of hirify.global’s company website.
• Design, extend, and maintain Sanity.io schemas and content models.
• Build and optimize content-driven pages across multiple domains (company, product, careers, press).
• Ensure scalable and intuitive content workflows for non-technical stakeholders.
• Optimize performance, accessibility, and technical SEO.
• Act as a technical sparring partner for Design, Marketing, and Engineering.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience working with React / Next.js or similar frameworks is a must.
• Experience in working with headless CMS (e.g., Sanity.io).
• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience building a company or content-heavy websites.
• Solid understanding of SEO, performance optimization, accessibility, and tracking.
• Clear communication and a pragmatic problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in English
