Focus on smooth transition of journeys, campaigns, and reporting during migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Iterable.

What you will do

• Own multi-channel CRM for B2C communication, from roadmap and planning to execution and performance.
• Plan and run multi-channel campaigns including briefing, copy, setup, QA, and scheduling.
• Manage the LeasingMarkt.de newsletter: editorial strategy, content calendar, production, and ongoing optimization.
• Design and improve key user journeys across email, WhatsApp, and app push.
• Lead the SFMC → Iterable transition: requirements, migration plan, acceptance criteria, and validation for all key channels.

Requirements

• +5 years of hands-on experience in CRM / Lifecycle Marketing, ideally in multi-channel environments.
• Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, Braze); migration experience is a plus.
• You are comfortable operating with a high degree of independence.
• You have strong campaign execution skills to take campaigns from idea to send.
• Comfortable with data and dashboards to measure impact and prioritize improvements.
• You are fluent in English(our working language). German proficiency is a plus.
