hirify.global is looking for an experienced Executive, Talent Acquisition, who will oversee the creation of a scalable recruiting engine and recruit, attract, and secure top-tier talent that drives innovation and supports our rapid growth.

What you will do

  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle for the entire company.
  • Prepare job advertisements, conduct interviews, and determine selection criteria.
  • Plan and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast future needs and facilitate the hiring process.
  • Develop talent pipelines and build relationships with university placement offices.
  • Enhance employer branding through relevant social media content.

Requirements

  • BBA in HRM/Management or B.Sc (CSE) from a reputed university.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Talent Sourcer/Talent Acquisition or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting and various interview techniques.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and IT skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Effective time-management abilities.
