Requirements:
⭐ At least 1 year of experience in the QC department;
⭐ At least 6 months of team management experience;
⭐ Mandatory experience in the Customer Support;
⭐ Fluent in Ukrainian/Russian and English;
⭐ Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data;
⭐ Proficiency in office programs (CRMs, evaluation tools, MS Office, Google Docs);
⭐ Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines;
⭐ Systematic thinking and the ability to make well-reasoned decisions;
⭐ Result-oriented and constantly improving processes.
