What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D characters and creatures that align with the game's artistic vision.
• Build low and high-resolution character models, including organic and hard-surface elements, UVs, textures, and materials.
• Create high-resolution digital sculpts based on concept art and collaborative brainstorming.
• Partner with Concept, Animation, Tech Art, Design, and Engineering to ensure character functionality within product requirements.
• Participate in look development for 3D characters, including prototyping material networks in Unreal Engine.
• Develop scalable character pipelines, covering outfit customizations, LODs, optimization, and topology standardization.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience working as a 3D character artist for AAA games.
• Demonstrated understanding of human anatomy, proportion, silhouette, and stylized character design.
• Strong visual and technical understanding in modeling, sculpting, and look development in Unreal Engine.
• Experience building efficient meshes and topology for clean animation deformation.
• Proficiency with Maya, ZBrush, Substance Painter, Photoshop, and Unreal Engine.
• Knowledge of asset creation pipelines, PBR shaders, character customization, and material creation in Unreal.
