TL;DR
Software Engineer (Java/Spring): Enhancing the architecture of production data platforms with zero message loss, fault tolerance, and high availability. Focus on collaborating with other specialists, product managers, architects, and operations teams to propose innovative ideas and solutions.
Location: Remote, Romania. May occasionally visit a office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

What you will do
- Enhance the architecture and propose innovative ideas and solutions for the UDP (Unified Data Publishing) and RTF (Real Time Finance) production data platforms.
- Collaborate with specialists, product managers, architects, and operations teams.
- Work in a scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering role, building large-scale distributed applications or solutions.
- 1+ years of Cloud computing experience, with AWS considered an advantage.
- Experience with the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
- Proven experience in Java.
- Good English skills – both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate efficiently.
Nice to have
- Proficiency with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in writing unit, integration, and smoke tests.
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms, preferably Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with AWS Services such as S3, API Gateway, Lambda, Kinesis.
- Exposure to Python would be a plus.
