• Design and build internal evaluation and validation infrastructure for AI-driven systems.
• Take ownership of how quality, reliability, and correctness are defined and measured.
• Enable fast, confident iteration across AI systems in complex, real-world environments.
• Work closely with platform, backend, and ML engineers.
• Operate in a foundational, zero-to-one platform role with high autonomy and impact.

Requirements

• Experience as a Platform Engineer.
• Ability to design and build evaluation and validation infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI systems and production environments.
• Strong collaboration skills with platform, backend, and ML engineers.
• Experience with AI infrastructure and evaluation.
